Bidding Farewell

Perched on the small ledge in front of the helm, I recollect all the special moments from this trip. From releasing baby sea turtles, to my many shark encounters, and the life-changing moments with Darby and her Dolphin friends. This adventure was slowly coming to an end. The special moments I shared with my friends, both fish and nonfish, would make leaving a little tough but these same memories would comfort the pain. For in these memories lie the essence of my life's story - moments that will always make me smile as if I was experiencing them for the first time.



Special thanks to everyone at Jim Abernethy's Scuba Adventures. What can I say that I haven't already said a million times? You are all a true pleasure with whom to share in an adventure. Your joyful personalities make for nonstop laughs and good times. Your excitement, love and passion for the ocean is contagious! Thank you once again for a truly amazing adventure! I look forward to many more laughs and many more great adventures with the whole Abernethy gang.

To all my new friends whom I met on this trip: It was truly a pleasure to meet and dive with each and everyone of you. Your kind words, gestures and the good times we shared I will always cherish. Thank you for making an already wonderful trip even better. Till we meet again!
